Parents can help their kids create cute Halloween crafts. Easy printing projects are the perfect way to get creative and celebrate this spooky holiday. Add a touch of glitter to make this kids' craft sparkle and shine! Adult supervision required.
What You'll Need:
Black Construction Paper
White and Black Tempera Paint
Bounty Paper Towels
Pour a baseball-sized pool of white tempera paint and a golf-ball-sized pool of black tempera paint on a paper plate.
Put your hand, palm side down, into the white paint. Use a paintbrush to fill in any uncoated areas or have a friend (or parent) help you.
Press your hand, painted palm side down, on the black construction paper to make a ghost print. Spread your fingers out for a wider ghost or keep them together to make a skinny one.
Use wet Bounty paper towels to clean off your hand.
Turn the print upside down so that the top of your palm becomes the ghost's head.
Sprinkle opal-colored glitter over the wet white paint. Use a little bit for a subtle effect or add more for more shine.
Paint two eyes on your ghost. Dip your index finger tip or pinky into the black paint. Make two fingerprints near the top of the ghost's head.
Allow at least two hours of dry time for your Halloween crafts. Easy prints such as these make great displays, but be careful to only hang up fully dry projects.
