Here’s a great side for the barbecue table. It’s quick, easy, and always a big hit.
What You'll Need:
Bounty Paper Towels
Peanuts (Omit if Allergic)
Wash 1/2 cup of cilantro (leaves only) and 2 green onions; thoroughly dry them on a piece of Bounty paper towel.
Finely dice your green onions and cut up your cilantro; put them in a large mixing bowl.
Add two cloves of chopped garlic, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, and 1/2 cup of olive oil to the mix.
Add your precooked spaghetti to the bowl. Mix everything together and adjust the seasoning. If the mixture is too dry, add more olive oil and/or soy sauce.
Finally, if you want a little extra spiciness for this dish, have some Sriracha sauce on the table.
